Returns & Exchanges

At Flawliz Ink Designs, every item is made to order with care.

Because our products are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Buyer's remorse
• Color preference
• Personalized or custom orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@flawlizink.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will gladly replace your item at no additional cost.

Refunds are issued only when a replacement cannot be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
